Founder
Bharat to me, is beyond infrastructure and engineering. From its inception, we have strived to break traditional barriers and make impressions based on quality over glamour. Our humble beginnings and experiences have encouraged us to provide for ourselves and fellow Indians in terms of solid infrastructure that is beyond aesthetics. In an epiphany that eventually lead to the establishment of Bharat, it struck me that construction itself was the art, not the artificial finishing that are oft mistaken to be. From inception to date and for the years to come, our aim has been, is, and will be to create developments that are not only of the highest standard of holistic construction, but more integrally are meaningful to the inhabitants or users of them.
Atul Barot
Managing Partner
Born in 1952, Atul Barot became the Director of Bharat at the age of 21. Heading the Bharat culture and legacy on his young and dynamic shoulders and simultaneously carrying the lineage of his beloved father to expand whilst using his own experience to propel the business in diverse directions. He is a strong believer of excellence stemming from collaborative efforts and thus always has and continues to choose to work with the most adept people within the industry.
Dhaval A. Barot
Managing Partner
Dhaval A. Barot was born in 1979, Mumbai, India. He received a degree in Civil Engineering in Mumbai and after that he pursued a world class Post Graduation Masters from MS in Construction Management from the USA. The curiosity to learn encouraged him to take up a job as Construction Manager at a well-reputed firm in the United States. With two degrees and international industry experience, Dhaval returned to adapt and contribute his knowledge to his family business. The combination of his years of studying, working internationally and for a significant period as Director of Bharat have accounted towards giving him a broad and holistic understanding of the industry.
Chaitali Barot
Managing Partner
Chaitali Barot, born in 1979 a state ranker in Diploma in Electrical Engineering pursued a B.S. Degree in Electrical engineering from Mumbai University. After a year’s experience at L&T switchgear she decided to study in the US to pursue a M.S. in Telecom Management. With a combined aptitude of highly skilled education & work experience she is steering the organization with innovative & tech based solutions for Marketing & Sales. Shuffling between being a mother of two children & being an entrepreneur at Bharat, she, after studying REBT gave birth to a non-profit organization “Ambashanti Foundation” where she is part time involved with “Credence by Chaitali”, the proceeds of which are routed to the foundation
Ravindra Bakki
President Construction
Mr. Ravindra Bakki is a highly accomplished and experienced Construction President with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, he has developed a deep understanding of the industry and its best practices. He has worked on a broad range of projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Anirudh Sadhale
Chief FInancial Officer
Anirudh Sadhale is a Chartered Accountant with a Diploma in Business Management from Welingkar Institute of Management. He is in an expert in finance, accounting, taxation and fundraising. He has a vast work experience of 27 years. He has handled many verticals like petroleum, textile, infrastructure and real estate. His prominent stints include Godrej Infotech and Chandak group.
Vasant Pissay
Chief Architect
Vasant Pissay is Chief Architect with over 30 years of experience in the field of realty, specifically in the residential sector. He has been associated with Bharat Realty since June 2015, and have previously worked with Hubtown and HIRCO. Their extensive experience in the industry has made them well-versed in all aspects of real estate development and design.
Jignesh Shah
Vice-President Liaisoning
Mr. Jignesh Shah is a highly experienced professional with 28 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, primarily in the Mumbai and Thane region. For the past 15 years, he has been working with Bharat as the Vice President (Projects), where he has contributed significantly to the company’s success. He believes that a highly motivated team that works efficiently can achieve great success in any project. Prior to his role at Bharat, Mr. Shah has also worked with New India Construction Company
Ketan Khamar
Vice-President Purchase & Contracts
Ketan Khamar is a seasoned civil engineer with an impressive 37 years of experience in the field. He currently serves as the Head of Purchase and Contracts at Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a position he has held since 6 years. Prior to joining Bharat Realty Ventures, He spent 11 years at Neptune Developers Pvt. Ltd., where he gained his expertise in the industry
Kusshal Thakker
Assistan Vice-President - Sales
Kusshal Thakker is a BMS graduate and completed full-time PGDM. He has a work experience experience of 15 years of in sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties in upscale western suburbs of Mumbai between Andheri to Worli. He has worked with leading real estate developers like Indiabulls, Runwal, V Raheja, and prestigious International Property Consultant Knight-Frank.
